RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS
Returns must be approved and may be accepted within 10 days of receipt for unused, in original condition items. You must contact us immediately to return an item. Some returned wholesale orders may result in a restocking fee.
All sales are final for discounted and clearance items.
Shipping of returned/exchanged items is the responsibility of the buyer except when we have sent you the wrong item.
We should be notified of any problems with your purchase within 10 days of receipt.
Yardage of ALL ribbons are approximate and not guaranteed. We do our best to provide you with accurate yardage, however, each manufacturer has different standards and we provide measurements as the manufacturer provides us.
Custom printed ribbon that we manufacturer ALWAYS experiences some slight waste in the printing process. We do our best to limit waste as much as possible.
Some ribbon may have splices in the yardage. They are an unavoidable fact of manufacturing and are not reason for return/refund.
Wholesale
Refunds on returns of items purchased wholesale must not be abused. Returns on wholesale purchases may be subject to a restocking fee.
REFUNDS
Refunds are generally made back to your payment type when return items are received. Refunds may take up to 10 business day to show up on your account. In some cases, returned items will be issued store credit instead of a refund. In some cases a restocking fee may apply.
Credit card refunds of customer cancelled items/orders will be subject to a 7% fee withheld from the refund. This is to cover credit card fees on the transaction that are not refunded to the merchant.
